What orders qualify?
A 10-hour turnaround is available for requests that:
Fit within our design capacity
Are under the per-order size limit
Note: Typically, this means requests between 6 and 60 slides, depending on the complexity and content.
Are submitted during available hours
When it is unavailable
You won’t see the 10-hour option if:
Our design capacity is full
Your order is too big (past the per-order limit)
It’s outside of working hours
It’s a holiday or weekend
You select “Proofreading/Editing” and/or “Let us decide” as treatment
Choose one of these treatments to qualify: Fix-up, Redesign, or Redraw.
Who will handle my order?
To meet the 10-hour deadline, we assign your request to the first available qualified design team. While this might not always be your usual team, every 10-hour order is handled with the same high standards of quality and care.

What qualifies for a 10-hour turnaround?
Orders between 6 and 60 slides, depending on complexity and content.
What if my dedicated team isn’t available?
A different, fully qualified team will step in to ensure on-time delivery.
Can I submit more than one 10-hour order per day?
Yes, if you're on a Pro or Premium plan and your total orders stay within the daily point limit, you can submit more than one 10-hour request.
What happens if I request a revision?
We’ll prioritize revisions on 10-hour orders, but they may take up to 24 hours depending on volume. We always aim to be as fast as possible.
Why can’t I see the 10-hour option?
The option will only show if you are on the Pro or Premium subscription plan and your request meets all conditions: submitted during active hours, within size limits, and with an eligible treatment. If it’s missing, check those first.
