Ready to give your presentation a fresh look? ✨
Our order form will guide you through a few simple steps so we understand what you need before our designers get started. Whether this is your first order or you’ve worked with 24Slides before, here’s how it works.
1. Start your order
Click Order now and choose Presentation services.
If you already have a 24Slides account, you can log in. If you’re new, just follow the steps on screen to get started.
2. Upload your presentation
Add the presentation you’d like us to work on. This will be your Main Deck — the one presentation we’ll work on and deliver.
Some important things to mention:
Provide a project name if you have one, so it’s easy to find your order
Once your file is uploaded, choose whether you want us to work on all slides or just some of them.
If you only need help with certain slides, simply enter the slide numbers — for example: 1–5, 8, 12–15
Have more files to share?
No problem. You can add extra files too.
For example, you might have another presentation with content we should use, a document with additional information, or something you’d like our designers to use as inspiration.
We’ll ask you to tell us briefly what each file is for, so there’s no confusion about which presentation we should actually work on.
What are the extra files for?
When you upload additional material, choose how we should use it:
Content Source — content that should be incorporated into your Main Deck.
Reference Only — material we should use for context or inspiration.
Style Template — a file that should guide the visual style.
Other — another supporting file.
If another presentation contains content that should become part of the final deck, upload it as a Content Source.
Using slides from a Content Source
If you want us to use specific slides from a Content Source, you can choose All slides or select only the slides you need.
Any Content Source slides you explicitly select become part of the total order scope and are included in the price. If you don’t select a slide scope, the file stays as general supporting material.
3. Tell us what you need
Next, describe what you’d like us to do in the Design request box.
There’s no special format you need to follow — just write naturally.
For example:
“Please make the presentation feel more modern and polished. Keep the content the same, improve the charts, and use our brand style.”
It’s helpful to mention anything that matters to you, such as the purpose of the presentation, who will see it, slides that need special attention, or things you definitely want us to keep.
You may see a helpful hint while completing your order. These appear when we notice something that could otherwise be unclear for our team. For example, we may ask you to double-check:
that the slides mentioned in your request match the slides you selected;
that the correct brand or template has been provided;
that uploaded files have the right purpose;
what we should do with a PDF, image or other non-editable file;
or what you mean when referring to a previous order or conversation.
Hints won’t stop you from continuing, but we recommend checking them before you submit — resolving them upfront can help us start your project with fewer follow-up questions.
4. Want us to follow a previous order?
This option is available when you’re logged in to your 24Slides account. If you add a previous order, please briefly mention in your Design request what you want us to follow from it — for example, the visual style, layout approach or a specific element. You can add up to 5 previous orders as references.
This step is optional.
5. Tell us how much you want the design to change
Next, choose the option that feels closest to what you want.
Preserve current layout
Choose this if you’re happy with how the slides are structured and mainly want us to make them cleaner, more consistent and more polished.
Improve layout where needed
Choose this if you’re happy for our designers to make bigger visual improvements where they think it will help.
I’m not sure — you decide
Not sure which one to choose? That’s completely fine.
Select this option and let our designers decide what will work best based on your presentation and instructions.
Whatever you choose, your Design request always comes first — we’ll still follow the instructions you’ve given us.
6. Choose the style you want us to follow
Now tell us what should guide the look of your presentation.
Upload your brand guidelines
Choose this if you have a brand guide, PowerPoint template, or another file that shows us how your brand should look.
Match my existing deck
Choose this if your uploaded presentation already has the style you want to keep.
We’ll use its colors, fonts and overall look as our visual reference.
Use my website
If your website represents your brand well, you can simply share the link and our team can use it as a visual reference.
If you’ve worked with us before, you may also see existing styles or templates already available on your account.
7. Choose when you need it back
Select the turnaround time that works best for you.
You can also choose whether you’d like help with the wording in your slides.
Choose I’ll handle the text myself if you only need design help, Proofread if you’d like us to check spelling and grammar, or Edit & rewrite if you’d like us to improve the wording too.
You’ll always see the available options and pricing before moving on.
8. Review your price and order details
Before payment, you’ll see a summary of your order and your Estimated Maximum Price. Think of this as the highest price you should expect to pay for the work you’ve described. The final price may be lower depending on the work actually completed — you’ll never pay more just because our initial estimate was different.
If you later decide to add more slides or significantly expand the project, we’ll let you know before anything changes.
Check that your files, slides, style, design request, deadline and price all look right.
If you spot something you’d like to change, you can go back and edit it.
Once everything looks good, confirm the details and continue to payment.
9. Submit your order 🎉
Complete your payment details and submit your order.
Once it’s sent, you’ll receive a confirmation and can follow the project from your 24Slides account.
That’s it — your presentation is ready for our team.
A few tips for getting the best result
The easiest way to help our designers get started quickly is to be clear about which slides need work, share any useful brand or style references, tell us what your extra files are for, and include anything important directly in your design request.
And if you’re not sure what to choose at any point, don’t worry. Pick the option that feels closest to what you need and use the Design request to tell us the rest.
