How do I make a payment using a credit card?
Please add your credit card details when placing an order, or add them in the "Billing details" section of your profile. Also, please make sure the details are correct since we may not be able to start a project before the payment details are complete. After you approve the final designs for your order, your credit card will be automatically charged based on the total price.
How do I make a payment using credits?
Make sure you have a sufficient amount of credits for the payment of your order(s). You can purchase credits in the "Credit packs" section under the "Billing" tab in your profile, or when prompted for payment on completion of your order. Once you approve the final design, your credits will be deducted based on the total price.
How do I make a payment using both credits and a credit card?
To make a payment for an order with your remaining credit balance and a credit card, please click the "Pay the difference by card" button. Then please click the "Confirm and pay" button. This can only be done if the amount of your credit is insufficient to cover the cost of an order. For example, if the total price of your order is $150, but you only have $100 credits left, the remaining $50 will be charged to your credit card.
