How many points are guaranteed for me per day?
The minimum capacity points guaranteed for you vary based on the subscription level you have.
Micro: 20 points
Basic: 50 points
Pro: 120 points
Enterprise: custom (based on agreement)
As for the basic points value per slide for different treatments, it is as follows.
Fix-up: 1 point
Redesign: 4 points
Redraw: 8 points
For example, if you need 4 fix-ups + 2 redesigns + 1 redraw each day, you will need at least 20 points (4 x 1 + 2 x 4 + 1 x 8). In this case, if you have selected the micro package, the guaranteed 20 points will all be used.
Can you help me if I need more slides on the same day?
In case the capacity points of the slides you request exceed the guaranteed number, we may still be able to help you with it. However, it will depend on our availability on the day. Your project manager will let you know if it is possible.
