How do I activate the auto top-up feature for my subscription credits?
Go to the "My plan" section on your Account page. Ensure the switcher next to "Automatically top up my subscription" is active (in green). Credits will be added to your account automatically (and your billing method will be charged). To disable this feature, switch it off and ensure it is greyed out.
You can get a customized setting for this feature. To request it, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. Once we receive your request, we’ll apply the custom settings on our side.
How do I manually top up the credits on my account?
Next to the switch, you can find the "Manual top-up" button. To top up manually, click the button, and a pop-up will appear where you can set the amount of credit to top up with. You can only add payments in blocks equivalent to your subscription plan. To proceed, click the "Top-up subscription" button. This feature can be used to top up manually anytime.
