How do I sign up for a dedicated team?
There are two ways to subscribe to our dedicated teams.
The easiest way to subscribe is directly through our "Plans page", where the entire process can be completed online. Please note that without assistance, you can only sign up for the Basic or Pro plans.
If you’re interested in the Premium or Enterprise plans, or prefer to pay by invoice, our sales team will be happy to assist you. They’ll walk you through the subscription process, recommend the most suitable package, and provide the necessary contract documents.
What happens after I subscribe?
Once the subscription process is complete, your account will be upgraded. The most notable change on our website platform will be the new reporting features (overview, report, etc.) available to you. Just so you know, soon after, you will be contacted by our team to schedule an onboarding meeting. In the meeting, you will be introduced to your dedicated team, and we’ll run through the treatments, procedures, and so on. It would be helpful for us if you could give us an introduction to your company, CVI, and any relevant points in the same meeting.
