How do I unsubscribe from a retainer package?
If you want to unsubscribe from the Pro subscription, you can do so easily on your own. Just navigate to the "My plan" section, click the "Cancel subscription" button on the right side of your plan, enter a reason for cancellation, and click the "Cancel subscription" button again. If you wish to unsubscribe from any other plans, please contact your account manager. You can do it by clicking the "Manage subscription" button on the right side of your plan. Make sure to notify them at least 30 days before your next renewal date. Once you confirm, we will cancel your subscription as you requested.
If I want to subscribe again, do I have to go through the process from the beginning?
You can pause your subscription for up to three months. This prevents you from having to subscribe again, and we will keep your design team and project manager reserved for you. However, if you choose to unsubscribe permanently, you'll need to start over with a new design team and project manager if you decide to subscribe again.
