How does it work?
Purchase credits for your account and get bonus credits to spend on any of our services. Credits will expire in 12 months and can be used by your team members as well! We have 3 options: BRONZE, SILVER, and GOLD packages. More details can be seen here.
How to buy it?
You can log in to our site and go to the "Credit packs" section under "Billing". Select a package, then process the payment using your credit card. Alternatively, you can request to buy it via bank transfer by contacting our support team.
How do I get more credits?
To get more credits, go to the "My plan" section, under "Current balance", click the "Get more credits" button, and choose the credit package!
Can I change a credit package?
Easy! It's not a subscription, so there is no dedication. You can just go to the "Credit packs" section, choose the credit pack you like, make a purchase, and the credits will be added to your account.
