What payment methods are available?

  • Credit card
    Upon the completion of an order, your credit card will be automatically charged based on the total price.

  • Credit package
    Purchase credits for your account and use them for multiple orders. Credits will expire in 12 months, can be used by team members, and offer you a discount. We have 3 options: BRONZE, SILVER, and GOLD packages. More details can be seen here (section number 4).

  • Subscription
    This option is automatically set as the default when you have set a subscription. You pay a set amount each month, and we deduct the cost of your orders from your balance. A subscription offers a significant discount on the cost of your slides and comes with a dedicated design team trained in your branding. More details can be seen here.

  • Bank transfer
    This payment option is only available for orders whose total price is above $1000. Please get in touch with our support team or the project manager of your order to request payment by bank transfer.

How do I add a new payment method?

To add a new payment method, navigate to the "Billing details" section of your profile and add your preferred payment method.

How do I change the default payment method?

If you have more than one payment method, you can change the default by clicking the “⋮” icon next to one of the options, then selecting "Set as default".

How do I delete a payment method?

Similar to changing the default payment method, you can delete one of your payment methods by clicking the “⋮” icon on one of the options you have, then select “Delete”. Once the pop-up shows, click the "Delete card" button.
