How to use our main communication tool for your orders

What is it for?

This is the primary way you can communicate with your project manager and the rest of our team. It also shows the status of your order and any critical updates. If you have any general enquiries that aren’t related to a specific order, you can reach us by email or by calling us.

When can I expect to receive a reply from my project manager?

During working hours, your project manager will usually be able to reply to you in less than an hour. We are responsive on working days. If you're working with one of our project managers in Indonesia, your project manager will be available between 3 AM and 3 PM (CET). If you're working with one of our project managers in Peru, they will be available between 10 AM and 6 PM (US EST).

If you have an urgent request that requires an immediate response, you can also use the live chat feature on the website and see if our support team is active right now.

Can I add more files to the order using chat?

Absolutely. You can upload additional slides, references, or any relevant files to this order using the chat section. To ensure your file(s) have been successfully uploaded, please try reloading the page before leaving.
