How to schedule a call and what platforms we use

What is it for?

You can request a phone call for any reason: an inquiry about our service, a discussion about a particular project, giving feedback, etc. Any available member of our support team will assist you with general topics, while project managers will call you to talk about a specific project(s).

If the project manager assigned to your order is unavailable at your requested time, we will inform you so you can choose whether you want to go ahead with another project manager or reschedule.

Can we use Zoom or other conference platforms?

Normally, we only use Skype for calls. However, we can join a meeting on your preferred platforms as long as you provide us with a meeting link that can be entered as a guest. The invitation should be sent to [email protected].


How to schedule a call?

Please get in touch with our support team or the project manager of your order(s) to schedule a call. However, kindly note that normally we are only available during working hours, and we need to confirm that we can do the call at your requested time. For an easier way to schedule a call, you can go to our Calendly, where our available times can be seen.

What is Calendly?

Calendly is our main platform for scheduling a call. As explained above, you can see the available schedule of our team. If you are a subscription customer, your project manager will give you their personalised Calendly page link.
