What is the difference between revision and additions?

We'll work on a revision when you'd like to make changes to the existing slides. Revisions are free of charge as long as the requested changes are minor. Any changes, whether major or minor, are also free of charge if it is caused by our failure to deliver based on your brief/instructions. Examples of free revisions:

  • Changes needed as a result of us not providing slides as requested in the instructions. the brief/instrbrief/instructions

  • Minor edits; i.e., adjusting colours, alignment, etc.

  • Content edits causing existing slides to be split into two slides (maximum 3 slides per order)

Requests to re-conceptualize the presentation or implement significant changes from what was requested initially will incur an additional charge. Any change of content or format that requires a significant amount of time may also require additional charges. Examples of additions:

  • Adding additional slides

  • Adding additional content requiring new slides

  • Changing to a new concept, i.e., having to redo the entire project in a new style/treatment

How many revision rounds can I have?

There is no limit, as long as it matches the description and examples listed above.

How many new slides can I add?

There is no limit on the number of slides to add, but we will usually request that you send us the slides in a new order.

If I need to submit the additions in a new order, how do I make sure it is consistent with the “main” order?

You can simply mention the order number of the ongoing project (the “main” order) in the brief of your new order for reference. That way, we can keep an eye on both orders to maintain consistency across them.

Is there any different pricing for additional slides?

Regular pricing applies to additional slides. Just so you know, the pricing depends on the turnaround time you select as well.
