Placing an order with us is simple! Just follow these steps:

To submit an order, go to https://24slides.com and click on the "Order now" button at the top-right or "Get started" button at the bottom-left. Once you enter the order page, there are just a few steps to follow:

1. Select your treatment

Pick the most suitable treatment for your presentation. If you want to have a mixed treatment, you can select one of the treatments and explain the details in the brief later. If you’re not sure which treatment type to choose, read more about each one here. And if you’d like different treatments for different slides, just choose the main one here. Later on, you’ll be able to specify if you want different treatments for specific styles.

2. Choose your preferred style

Choose the style you want to have for the presentation. If you already have your own CVI or brand guidelines, you can choose "Own style" and upload your file(s). You can also learn more about our different styles here.

3. Proofreading and editing add-ons (optional step)

If you’d like us to edit or proofread your content, please request it here. We can work in UK or US English. Our proofreading service checks your content for spelling and grammar mistakes, while our editing service will rewrite any content that is unclear. Kindly note that our service does not cover creating new content or summarising. If you do not select either option, we will not change any text on your slides.

4. Select the number of slides and turnaround time

Specify the number of slides you would like to have designed, then choose the turnaround time. In your brief, you’ll have the opportunity to specify which slides in your presentation you’d like us to work on. Based on your selection, the delivery date will be automatically adjusted at the bottom of the page. The estimated price (also automatically adjusted) can be seen at the top right corner of the page. Please note that these times refer to when you will receive the first draft of your presentation. Any changes you require after this are free of charge and will be completed in less than 24 hours.

5. Upload your files and add your brief

Upload the presentation file you would like us to design. You can also upload any supporting material at this step. Please make sure it’s clear which is the main presentation file by referring to it in the brief section. Alternatively, you can provide the link to your Google Slides or presentation file(s) by clicking the checkbox below. Once it is done, you need to fill in the brief section as well. Please provide the details we need to pay attention to. You may as well click on the "Click here for tips on what to include" button to see some tips or read our article on how to provide a great brief.

6. Submit your order

Fill in your personal and payment details. If you are a returning customer, the forms would be pre-filled. You can add a coupon code if you have one as well. Once you are sure that the details are correct, make sure you have read the "Terms and Conditions" and tick the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" checkbox. Finally, click on the "Submit my order" button to finish your submission.

What happens after I submit

Once your order is submitted, it will be shown on your "Account" page. Our team will review the details and file(s). Normally, it will take no more than 12 hours before a project manager approves your order, though usually it’s much faster. In some cases, they may have some questions before approving the order to make sure we got everything right. If everything is clear, they will approve the order and we’ll get right to work.

What should be prepared before submitting an order?

- file(s) to be designed, preferably PowerPoint

- brief containing general explanation about your expectations and preferences

- specific instructions [optional]
