How do I manage my account, including billing and understanding my insights dashboard?
What does My Orders page show me?
When logged into your 24Slides account, you can either use the "Account" button to access the menu, or the menu on the left-hand side to see your different options.
The My Orders page shows you all orders that have been completed, in progress, or awaiting your feedback.
How do I manage my team members?
The My team page is where you can manage your users, for more information check out our Help Center article titled Team Members.
How do I manage my billing?
On the billing page, you can see your current credit balance, what Tier your subscription is, which payment method is currently active as well as its details, and your payment history. See more details here.
Where do I see my payments history?
To see your whole payment history, press "View all" or use the Payments history tab to the left of the Billing overview tab at the top. Read more.
How do I create and manage custom fields?
If you have the Tech Pack activated, you'll be able to add custom fields and sections to your Order Flow. Simply press "Add new custom field" to create a new one. Learn more about custom fields.
Here you'll be able to enter a title, choose the type of field you want such as a checkbox or text, and add the description for your users to get more information.
You can also make this field mandatory if your users should not be able to skip it during the order process.
How do I save default presentation templates?
Other than our default style guides and templates, you can also add your own. First, press "Upload new file".
Then, you can choose a name, add a cover photo to make it easier for your users to know which template is which, as well as adding a description, and then finally upload the file. Please upload it in a ZIP format if the template has multiple elements.
How do I view my usage?
On the insights dashboard, you can see how much you've spent month by month, how many credits have been inserted, how much capacity has been used, how many total slides have been ordered, as well as how many hours your users have indicated they've saved.
On the right, you can see more statistics such as average rating and how many users are submitting orders.
Further down on the insights page, you'll be able to view your capacity day by day, as well as see a full list of which users made orders. You can use the download icon on the right of the breakdown to save the information in an Excel file.
